How do I create an account?
Download the LiveVibe app from the App Store, open it, and follow the on-screen instructions to sign up using your email address and password. You'll also need to create a username and provide your date of birth.
How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen. You'll receive a password reset link via email. Click the link in the email to set a new password.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, tap your profile picture to go to your profile, tap the three dots (•••) in the bottom left, then tap "My Account". Scroll down and tap "Delete My Account". You'll need to type "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" to confirm. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How do I report inappropriate content or users?
On a post: Tap the three dots (•••) on the post, then select "Report." On a profile: Tap the three dots (•••) at the top right of their profile, then select "Report." Choose the appropriate reason and submit. Our team will review all reports promptly.
Why can't I see certain posts or profiles?
This could be due to privacy settings, location-based filtering, if a user has blocked you, or if content has been automatically removed. Check your app settings and ensure location services are enabled for the best experience.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to your profile by tapping your profile picture, then tap the three dots (•••) in the bottom left corner. Tap "Edit Profile" (pencil icon at the top right of the modal). You can update your photos, display name, bio, and other information from there.
What should I do if the app crashes or won't load?
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, check for app updates in the App Store. If problems continue, contact our support team at support@live-vibe.app.
How do I manage my privacy settings?
Tap your profile picture to go to your profile, then tap the three dots (•••) in the bottom left corner. From the settings modal, you can manage location tracking and access privacy policy information. You can also block specific users from their profiles.
How does location sharing work?
LiveVibe uses your location to show you nearby posts and users. You can control location permissions in your device settings (Settings > LiveVibe > Location). Within the app, you can also toggle location tracking on/off by tapping your profile picture, then the three dots (•••), and using the Location Tracking toggle.
Can I use LiveVibe on multiple devices?
Yes, you can log into your account on multiple devices. Your data will sync across all devices where you're logged in.
